My car is lowered and the fenders are rolled a little. I'm going to be drag racing, daily driving, and some road course track days with my car. So I dont want to go bigger than 16s so I can still keep a little taller tire on it. I really like these 15x8s though. My car is lowered with coilovers and I wont be running the crazy camber either. Also dont like the stretched tire look I need as much tire on the ground as possible.

I also like these wheels but really dont want to go with a 17 but its possible if they will fit with a wide tire.

They'll fit but youll have 2.5" more poke than stock wheels. They'll have about 1/2" more space on the inside than the stocks too.

Here's an idea of what they'll fit like on the car.

they're both running 205/50 in the rear.

The 17x9 will have about the same poke but it will run 3/4" closer to the strut.

I really like how those 15s look

I also found these today while I was at work they are 16X8.5s but it doesn't tell me the backspacing but it does say they will fit on my car.

Hey that Rimtuck site is nice, thanks for posting those links. I can search some different fitments now and actually see how they look

Yeah its a great little site. I'd be nice if they had more examples, so POST YOUR PICS WHEN YOU BUY WHEELS!!!. Just for the record I have no involvement in the site, I just use it frequently.

I don't like how that aspire motoring site doesn't list offset, that's pretty important when choosing wheels. Especially when wider than stock. Check out A-Spec and NLMotoring for deals on Rotas and XXR's among other "knockoff" brands that deliver decent wheels at good prices. JNC is even offering free shipping for a little while.

willtheyfit.com is another good resource. Note that stock wheels specs are something like 15/16x6 +40 with a 195/60 or 205/60. You'll have to break out the tape measure to figure out backspacing and poke.

Obviously this changes with overs, rolled and/or pulled fenders, etc. Again, offset is crucial to good fitment.

I sent them an email about the offset on those wheels, still waiting to hear back from them. I will check out the sites you posted also. I'm in no rush to buy anything since I want to make sure everything I get will work. Yea I will make sure to post pics and specs when I do decide on what I'm getting. These steelies and hubcaps have go to go though lol.

They just emailed me back, they are a +20 offset but that set is a 4x100 so they won't fit. I found that wheel manufacturer website and they have them listed in 4x114.3 with a couple different offsets and different color options. I Just gotta find somebody that sells them. Those wheels would be perfect on my car.

Do yourself a favor a do a 5-lug swap before you buy wheels. You're going to end up doing eventually anyways, and will have to sell your 4-lug wheels to other greater fools; I know I did. In addition, there will be more options for nice, cheap and wide wheels. Some excellent examples are Mustang wheels, 350z wheels, and pretty much any performance wheel (e.g. RPF1s).

Plus you will be one step closer to Z32 brakes (or better) and you know you want those!

Soon to be in the 300whp club...

I have been fighting with myself on that a lot lately. I want 5 lug but that will add another $500 to me getting wheels. I was thinking about the ISIS 5 lug hubs and 88rotors.com rotors. I mean I could just buy rotors and drill my hubs out at the shop but I think I would rather buy the hubs for the swap. I do want to do the brake upgrade as well. BUT your really right though. guess I will stick with my steelies and hubcaps for a little longer then.

Well I finally got a set of wheels, they are a little big but my friend isn't using them anymore so I cant argue with that price lol. They are 19x8 +35 offset so I think they will work. I have to do my 5 lug conversion before I can put them on though. So I will be buying a set of 5 lug hubs and drilling my rotors for the other bolt pattern soon. Maybe I could trade these for something better suited to my car but for now I will be running them.
