    If you get a well designed full suspension then you don't have to worry about pedal bob (rear shock eating momentum) but you will have to pay for it. My bike with my new wheels is at 28 LBS and that is with 5" of travel, but the DW link makes my bike climb like a goat.

    It is all in preference though, I personally wouldn't go hard tail unless it was a 29'er but I would still probably go full suspension.

    sounds so fun. i use to use some shitty bike and try to catch air over hills/grass/treacherous backyards as a kid

    I'll go! My mountain bike has been in the basement collecting dust. Don't remember, model, blah, blah, blah, but it works. Let me know when you guys go. Don't know how I'll fit it in my M3 though. I need a bike rack.
