good advice. as far as I know the top most rich people in the world have not made their fortune through work but through investments. so if you are going to save I'd say invest and don't settle for less. Take some risks. At least that's what I've learned since I moved in the US. So many oportunities in here it's incredible you just have to look.
Example: when I worked at Macy's just doing my job and being nice got me at least 3 job offers most likely better than what I had but I was too lazy to move to something else. Now I regret it.

Good stuff. Am I the only one who kind of disagrees with the importance of saving. Don't get me wrong I'm always saving money. I make sure to always have a cushion, but I've known people who slave for nothing until they're 50 or so then have money to blow, and as nice as it would be to have money at all times I think given a black and white choice I'd rather take my adventures and experiences when I'm younger. Not saying blow it all now and be broke when you're old, but have a balance.

    You tryna' get sideways, bruh?

ROTH IRA. Open one as soon as possible. They won't be around forever. It's free to open. Bilik I know you are local so go to Scottrade on Chastain road. You don't save every penny until you retire. Just put a minimum of 2,000 in the account per year. You pay tax on the money you put in, but when you're 60 and take the million+ out, you don't pay tax on it. A ROTH IRA is an investment, not just a savings account. The bank takes your money and invests it, makes more money from it, and shares the profits with you. It's extremely long term, but very worth it.

I dont feel worthless anymore. Ive been working at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama for the last 2 weeks ....

I have never been more sore, or more worn out or more tired ..yet so eager to fight all that to get out of bed every morning.

People who say Hyundai's are shit ....I want to drive them up for a tour.

HMMA is still hiring for maintenance positions BTW. If you have experience with anything related to industrial equipment ..hydrolics ..pneumatics ...electrical work etc etc...they are still accepting applications,

http://www.hmmausa.com/?page_id=2296 it all starts in the stamping shop , then goes down, up, and to the right. Awesome vids of each department.

wheels can take you around. Wheels can cut you down. We can go from boom to bust, from dreaming to a bowl of dust. We can fall from the rockets red glare down to "brother can you spare.." another war, another wasteland and another lost generation
