So I knew it was going to happen eventually but this past weekend I had a pretty nasty crash attempting to clear about a 20 ft table top. I landed about 2 feet short, came down on the front wheel and did a superman over my handlebars...
Waited a day then went to the ER... After seeing two specialists and quite a bit of pain meds I found that I separated my shoulder tearing the tendons on the end of my collar bone both side and bottom. Luckily not bad enough for surgery! I also fractured my spine in my lower back. Also luckily it was one of the side pieces and will heal completely and won't cause problems in the future...
Its been pretty difficult to walk until today and I couldn't lift my right arm until today as well. Still require meds to function but getting close...
Anyone else go through anything similar?
