To answer the question of are these subwoofers any good; I just bought a set of 12" in SDX subs from Pep Boys and instead of the inluded amp, which I had heard was crap, I matched them up with a JL Audio 1300 Monoblock 300w Sub Amp. I have Pioneer Premier 6x9's on the rear deck of my 93 Cutlass Ciera and 4"in Polks in the front hooked to a JVC 50wx4 Head unit. I Dynamated the trunk and they sound real nice for what I wanted them for. The included amp may have powered them ok but I'm in Arizona and I don't need it burning up in the summer. But with my 54 year old half blown ears they kick good enough for the money.
