Alright, so I decided to go with the SR since there's next to no part support for the RB20. What are some things I can do to the engine, transmission, etc. to make around 300whp (safely) and able to safely hit redline... often... without blowing head gaskets and stuff? I know head studs and rocker arm stoppers are a must. What else? And are there any companies I should be looking for or that you'd recommend? I'm a super noob to the SR so be nice. Thanks.

Should I go ahead and get a metal head gasket? Does an Apexi Power FC replace the Z32 MAF? And Electronic or manual boost controller?

yep they are pretty cheap... rocker arm stoppers $100 (will save your motor) clutch and you should be set as long as you don't drive like a ricer idiot

I have a pretty good budget. That's why I'm asking these questions. I wanna see what I should and shouldn't spend money towards. For example, everything I've heard suggests that for mildly above stock turbo applications, a turbo manifold is useless. I want it to run smoothly, be reliable, and have a good amount of power (around the 300whp range to be exact).

No. Unless you go D-Jetro. EBC.
Customer: Steak and doughnut sandwich please.
Waiter: You want cigarettes on that sandwich?
Customer: What do I look like, a Mary? Of course
    I want cigarettes.
