Tire size?

I found a few pictures of an S13, on Zilvia, with a stance similar to what I want to run (White Volks instead of the Takata Green though). I pm'ed the guy to see what tire size he was running, but I wanted to see if you guys could guess. Plus, the tires have to be stretched. He said in another thread the wheels were 18x9.5 +12 & 18x10.5 +15 5x114.3.

It is an Apexi? It looks to me to be the same as mine.

245 or 235/40 r

lol i didnt click the link. i fail. wasnt far off though? haha 225/35 and 215/40 are nearly the same "size"
