im guessing IACV and idle needs to be adjusted... damn ABS is in the way
a little boggy on acceleration to, will this be fixed as well?
disconnect TPS, adjust idle to 750 blah blah blah turn off motor, reconnect, should idle around 700 yada yada yada ok i got it.

or may not have anything to do with your idle settings HMMM!?!?!?!!! @@!!!!!!!!!
is this the same motor with low compression?
if not, you checked for any leaks around the injector's/rubber grommets they sit in
basic stuff like vacuum lines cracked/vacuum leaks?
20 degrees btdc with tps unplugged?
i'd verify all that is kosher then move on if no problems found.

175 compression silly, i need to do another test, i gotta start all over, cylinder 2 is still being a ho, and no shop around here will help me out for less than 100 bucks. i told them i just want to test the injector wiring to make sure its getting proper voltage!! by the wya my plug is dry soot, so its getting fuel, i gotta check the voltage of my spark is what i need to do!!
off to the car!

I KNOW your problem. i had the same problem a while back. Does it like if you slam the pedal to the floor, it like delays like air gets in, but fueling is delayed? check that plug on the intake manifold that has the Yellow plug. and check and see if it is plugged in. that was what was wrong with mine. it got rattled loose
