If you guys can't see it ill just copy everything over. Seems like a pretty cool idea.
Do you know whether he's using a carbed motor or a fuel injected motor?

they're going carbed. the last car they built was carbed and the picture he posted showed an SBC motor chopped in.
honestly that job should take less than 24 hours unless they are counting pulling all of the old crap.

I see it being done. Looks like the engine bay is ready for the engine.
Going carb would make it easier. All you need is a hot wire for the coil and the engine is running. No computer bullshit.
Put the mounts on the engine, set it in the frame and either drill and bolt the mounts or weld them. I don't mean to simplify it too much, but I think the hardest would be tranny mount. What tranny are they going to use?

trans mount is about the easiest part of fabbing the mounts. but if i had to guess at the trans i'd say TH400 or other popular/cheap automatics that bolt up to an SBC.
