Does anyone work out @ LAFitness@ sugarloaf and duluth hwy right by Discover mills?

I need someone to spot me and my friend is a lazy bastard.. :(

I know the feeling. I got a gym membership to a local gym with my friend. He stopped going, and I got a full year contract.


So now I'm sitting around... getting fatter. It's like paying a $30.00 fat tax. :lol:

I'm @ Ballys on Barrett... I have the same problem with partners LOL. I've gotten a few peeps to join and they end up going really late in the day or not at all... I've gotten good at spotting myself. Its a lot more incentive to get the weight up :).

im a weakling and max out at 140ish on the bench..

but yeah..i realized breathing is where its at!


then again, gyms have the machines.. which works, but it doesnt help you gain those little muscles that help you balance.
