a long site of good filters and bad filters reviews and disassembly of them to look and diagnose parts of the filter that my be BAD. like FRAM. turbo charged cars are espescialy picky when it comes down to oil flow. last thing you want is CARDBOARD trying to go through the turbo and destroy it PDQ.

I know most people consider this a :gay: subject to worry about. But its good info, so why not post it.

You can use a sponge lol. But I use Mobile 1 or Power Enterprise they have magnets in there filters that pick up mettle deposits.

good find. i didn't know fram used cardboard. How's Bosch? i heard its not much better than fram.

i used the delco fiter and didnt have any problems with it. it seemed to clean the oil well and filter it. now im using a oem filter on my sr. i cant see or hear a difference. no noice so i guess they both do their jobs

i'm using a mobil 1 filter that i picked up for 3$ hahaha
