ok heres the deal i think im getting my lisence takin away and if i do want to take the motor out since i dont have to drive it everyday. Im on a budget but im pulling the motor all the way out. I still want to put thoose s14 cams in. im goin to maybe pull the motor all the way apart i want to just put some new stock parts on and after market. what all do yall think i should do when its apart?

1. i was gonna get it bored out a little. some where along time ago i read this isnt good for these motors is this true?

2. what else should i try to get to put on it? also stock parts how bout thoose what should i do? when the motor i was out i though i should replace hoses and all that flush all fuids also. any advice?

3. also i want new motor mount any suggestions?

For #3, I went with the hard mounts from http://mmr-direct.com/

They aren't solid but are very stiff. Keep in mind you will get a LOT of engine noise and vibration in the car with these. Along with a hard/solid tranny mount they do make the drivetrain feel great...

If you do the engine mounts you really need to do a tranny mount as well so you don't break something.

Dang dude. That sucks man. I have a friend who is 17, I went with him to Zebulon, GA to pay his like 8th ticket. He hasn't lost his license yet, so you're probably alright.

What exactly is the ticket for again, laying tread? You should be okay.

Like someone already suggested, try taking a defensive driving course before your court date.

Good luck with the ticket and your license , man. As far as your engine.. hmm. Been thinking about the same myself. I won't be driving my car for a while. I'm probably going to have to quit my job soon to get a lot of Fam/School stuff straightened out. I'm going to break down my KA and try to find out what exactly is wrong with it/fix it this weekend. (If I have the time).

ya im gonna take that class.... it takes four points off but i have 8 and im a minor so i can only have four so i hope the judge is cool and doesnt take it...

FLIP: did you get both from there? so 120? thats not bad at all do you like them? you should go to the commerce drag strip so i can ride in your car to see what there like....
