yea thats what i was thinking too

i think ours has been as low as free with a new agreement and 29.99 with an upgrade.

but you "have" to have the smartphone connect plan...

All you need is at&t to run this phone... your talking about a bunch of stuff you don't need. The phone is not old... as you can tell the cingular to at&t just happened and the phone is the at&t version.

Trust me its a good deal I wouldn't try and sell it.. infact I don't want to but I don't need this anymore. I need money for court though lol

Like I said the phone is perfect... works great nothing wrong its just like new. the price is more then fair for someone looking for a good phone and not spending over $300 or more.

yeah, i messed with one of my friends phone that is just like this tonight, i like it a lot. question is whether or not i can get the money for it or not. my paycheck is coming in soon, but i have other things that i need to get first. oh well, good luck with sale
