I run a Nardi Torino with a Personal hub. I like it.

Be careful with quik releases, the cheap ones can develop play and be problamatic.

I'm guessing the NRG's aren't too great? They're all over ebay...

I have friends that run the NRGs. They seem ok but its hard to tell in the long run. I think Im just going to grab a solid spacer for mine. I dont need the release.

I guess I don't really need the quick release but it might be nice for something... Might try one of the NRG's then.

an aftermarket wheel needs an adapter to hook up on the stock steering assembly, right?
i was looking at a decently looking wheel on ebay..
"deep corn style" with what seems to be suede?
and a hub..
but i fear that it'll be too close to the driver..

yes you need a hub to adapt an aftermarket wheel to the stock column.

^Yep, I thought so.
I think I may get that steering wheel.. depending on how my funds allow after a couple of things i need to git done on the car.

the new NRG hubs are really nice... and they even come with a locking cover so someone cant come along and pop another wheel onto the hub

i have a circuit sports quick-release with a nardi wheel. just make sure you get a short hub if you are going with a quick release.
