why not do it yourself for about 3/4 the price..
i've got a whole 5spd swap i might be willing to sell
on the auto tranny there should be more than one cable coming from the shifter to the tranny.. check them out

Does the car drive ok? If it will shift into all the gears, then it can only be the saftey lock out, which keeps the tranny from being accidentally shifted from park. You will need to take the console out in order to get to it.

yeah it does everything fine, i drove it from my friends house to mine (about 8 miles) and nothing wierd happened. so its the saftey lock huh. thats the thing that attached to the front of the auto shifter, what do you mean "its out"?

It is just a mechanical lock that acts like a safety lock out. Pull your console out and you will see what I mean. All cars with auto have them and they are all pretty much the same. It usually consists of a button on the shifter that when pushed, moves an actuator rod that pushes the lock out of the way, letting you move the shifter. It usually has a spring which pushes the lock back in to position. I would check this first.g/l

ahh haah i found it and got it fixed, it was just as Zippy69 described! and all i had to do was bend the rod thats connected to the shifter it was bent down some so it was not pushing the safety lock mechanism. so i bent it up some and it works fine now!
THANKS FOR ALL YOUR GUYS' HELP!!!! :D :goodjob:
