Anyone know how to build a fance?

Yes I know how to build a AVG fance too, but I live in a HOA(the most stupid idea ever:mad:) so it got to look like the fance on the left and right side of my house! anyway I got me a new puppy :bump:but he is getting big very fast:D. well I need to build a fance on the back yard ASAP!

I am willing to pay a reasonable amount for someone to help me or pay someone to do it for me! I just have to connect my fance to both of theirs and put up for the rear. Which I think should not take more than 1 day (6-8 hours) to do it if I have another set of hand that know what they are doing.

thanks

sorry if my english is not good!

It's fence, homey. No worries on the english though. Your best bet would be to go to home depot or lowes and buy the lumber and nails yourself. Its not too challenging a task.

Thanks Bud

about the fence
my main thing is that the HOA wants a fence that is net, like someone that know how to do it!
I know its sounds easy but its also kinda hard to be 5"9 and 141lbs trying to put it up by my self!

lol im 5'10" and 140 lbs...
and when i was 15... and like
120 lbs. i built a fence in my backyard by myself.
so they want a chain link fence?
"net" idk what that means.

but anyways
chainlink is cheaper than wood.
simple to put togather if you know what youre doin.
unfortunatly i dont have the time to do it. ill ask a bud who knows what hes doin if he wants to do it.

i had to do a chain fence on my backyard when i was like 16 ish too..
the process to do it was like dig a deep hole for each support pole, then wrap the chain around them and insert support rod in between the pole to keep the fence sturdy. takes like 2 days of work for my whole backyard...it was pretty huge >.>
u can do it mate, gl

where are you located? i could hook you up with my parents depending, or at least talk to them. they have a small construction and remodeling business and weve only done about 20 of those chain link fences

Aight go to the home depot and get some 4x4s, some cement, chain link fence, and some horse shoe shaped nails. Then make sure you have a shovel, a pole hole digger, and a smell skinny shovel.

The dog is going to dig under the fence some you want bury the bottom part alil bit.

Dig 2 holes the connect the 2 holes together with a shallow ditch. The holes need to be about 2 foot deep. The ditch need to be about 8 inch or so.

Put the 4x4 in the ground about 1.5 - 2 feet, then fill it with cement. then string the chain link and mount it to the 4x4s with the horse shoe shaped nails.

Then make do that all the way around your back yard.

if you have it tight enough you wont need to put the fence under ground just get a tool to tighten it! but it's not hard to do at all

make sure the design or whatever meets up with the HOA. or they will make you tear it down. also call up a fence company or just get out there and do it yourself.
