It is the Winter Music Conference. Ultra is a part of it and is pretty much the biggest electronic music show in the US.

To get an idea, heres my pics from 2006. Last year I was lucky enough to get a press pass and even got on stage with PVD to take pics...

120 for tickets and another 20 or so for fees... That includes 2 days.

Theres also tons of partys everywhere in miami around that time too...
