S14 cam question

alright I know that I can use S13 cams on my S14 to get a little bump in power on the top end.

but, I was just wondering if this a direct bolt in or would I need to change anything around to make it work??
I read some where that I might have to re-shim the head to make them work, can anyone clarify this for me.

ive tried to search all that up im puttin a s14 exaust cam on my intake side and i cant find if you have to shim the head but g.l searching it its hard to find
