Can't upload pictures

Okay, its been working fine for me for the past couple months, and it stopped working a few days ago. I usually upload the pics here directly from my computer, but now I keep getting the following error:

404 [IOEventError type="ioError" bubbles=false
cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error=#2038"

I did a little bit of my own research for vBulletin forums, and a lot of the threads I found seem to point in the direction of the forum settings, but not sure.

I have changed the size of the pictures that I have tried to upload, and it doesn't make a difference.

I have also tried this on several different computers, all on several different networks, to no avail.
