what did you expect? if you dont make your payments, they gonna get the money somehow. and for some reason, i have a feeling that your credit sucks. good luck building up credit. and your lifes screwed up because, sorry i have to tell you, but its because you screwed yourself up. its the same thing with your old 240. do it right and the problems go away. just figure it out yourself. nothing we can do can change it unless you get off your ass and take the initiative. how many cars have been repoed now? your priorities should be getting those payments paid off as soon as you can. there is no way that those payments are too big for you to handle. because when you go in and take out a loan, they find out what you make a year and they set the payments accordingly. up to a certain point, in which they wont loan you anything.

or...

you could get another car and keep a shotgun handy when you miss payments again.

iam gonna start fresh i owe 4500 in credit cards and now that i dont have a car anymore i went to walmart and bought a bike for 50 bucks it was on sale its a 15 speed mountian bike imma ride it to work i live 2 or 3 miles from work so its straight and its all sidewalke all the way only thing is i gotta go to court my cars being auctioned for 3700 and i still owe 7000 after they take out 3700 so they said there gonna garnesh my wages till its paid off prolly like 200 a month out of my check so iam paying for a car that i dont have but imma work alot get my credit cards paid off and then be free for once!!!!!! ;-)

Sorry to hear of you troubles man. While I don't normally recommend bankruptcy, I think in your case it is the best option. You can keep your stuff
and pay off your debt, and depending on how you file, you can owe a lot less than the original amount.
If you get into financial trouble, the time to act is now, not three months down the road. The bankruptcy judge in your district will most likely frown on your late reaction to your money woes.
Honestly, if you had posted " just lost my job and I'm having trouble finding one and don't want to lose my car." then you probably would have been offered some help of some type, instead of ridicule.
