I'm pretty sure s13 silvia calipers are the same as z32 calipers, so get z32 pads.

lol, he asked the most obvious question in the world to your question. (don't take offense, I fuck around a lot)
Are the brakes any different than your stock 240sx brakes? Are they still 1 single piston, are they 2 piston like the Q45 and J30 brakes? Are they 4 piston like 300zx TT brakes? Most likely they're large single pistons, much like the stock 240sx brakes.

Are they like those calipers? If so- those use the same brake pads as the stock S13 brakes (they're the same I believe)

Those are Q45 brakes- J30 brakes look identical just slightly smaller- but the pistons in the J30 brakes are actually larger than the Q45 brake calipers.

Those are my 300zx TT calipers, and the stock calipers are behind them... which one of these do yours resemble most?
I know S14 silvia calipers are the same as z32 calipers, so I'm guessing there's a good chance S13 silvia calipers are too. But then again, maybe there are different calipers for silvia q and silvia k, and ca18 silvia, and sr20 silvia..
Just do some research. I'm sure your answer is out there somewhere. And like 240sxautox said, compare them to pictures of other brake calipers and see what they look like.

check NICO also ( www.240sx.org ) and search there- there is a LOT of information on there.

it was a lighthearted own, you just pointed out the most obvious- yet single most overlooked thing people have happen to them during brake swaps. I've seen many people get owned by just getting the same brake calipers they had before when "upgrading" so i was rofl-ing at him. No offense to anyone by the way, I just fuck around a lot... and I happened to be drunk that time.

What about S15 brakes, any info on what pads to use on those?

I found that the Spec-r calipers are 4-piston, and the Spec-s are 2 piston. I'll try and find out what pads they use.
edit: I found on the R31 skyline club that s15 calipers are iron 300zx TT calipers without the ribbing on them. So get Z32 TT brake pads from year 95ish.
The 2 piston most likely is something along the lines of the Q45 caliper. I'll try and find out more.
