When: March 31st @ Tora Motorsports in Marietta

Directions are very easy. On 75 get off at Exit 263. Go west on the loop and right after you pass Cobb Parkway there is this very small road on the right called white. Turn there, and its on the left just after the Dong Bang food mart.

Donations to the shop are greatly appreciated but NOT required...
$5 if you wana eat... I'll be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs...

Install day will last from around 10am until dark. If you plan on working on your car, make sure to either have the tools you need or find someone that you know or another member on here that is willing to loan you tools. I am willing to help everyone but I only have one jack and a few jackstands so... Luckily there are 4 parts/tool shops very close by! :)

I'd say medium stuff depending on how many people we have coming, and who all has stuff to work on.

Where is the place located that you're talkin about? If yours doesn't work out I might be able to find something as well...

I've always got something to put on... I'm doing all of the bushings in the car this weekend, swapping axles, new aluminum tranny mount, and engine mounts... I'm gonna have sway bars on the way so I'm sure I'll have plenty of stuff to do. I'd be willing to help others as well...

Bells ferry park is a great idea. We could make it a cookout/install day. Looks like we got plenty of people with stuff to work on and I'm sure we have plenty of people to help out. Lets keep an eye on the weather forecast and see when it will be warmer...

yeh i have the AFC Neo and i freaking love it. the only downside is no knock count which sucks balls. but its crazy easy to understand and tune and all!

why dont you just get a harness for the turbo timer? they take like 10 min to install!

I personally think its kinda shitty they are charging $25 per person to be in the lot. You used to be able to wrench on your car up there no problem, without charge. Hell, as long as nobody was using it, you could jump on the lift. Now the lot is even more empty then it used to be. I think they just saw it as a way to make some cash.

Actually I am the one that offered Brian to bring in a little cash for using the lot. Since Sae died, they are doing everything they can to keep the doors open and I didn't think anyone would mind throwing in a little cash to help support a local shop...

$20 is for the lot and $5 is for food. I'm going to be picking up grillables and grilling for everyone...

If someone still wants to come but really can't afford to chip in thats not a problem, we can figure something out...

I just lost all but one of my wrenches and all but one of my sockets, including deep well :(. I ended up going to harbor freight and getting all new socks and wrenches.... I still need to get more deep wells tho. I needed one the other day.

hmm... maybe someone can give me some insight on to my problem at the install day. my exhaust headers / cat / downpipe is smoking a semi harsh / rough smell. not sweet smelling and im not loosing any fluids. it seems to be evaporating right off my headers when they get hot. i did spray wd-40 on there a while ago. but ive put you know... 500 - 750 miles on this car since then. i dunno ill have to show whoever is there but it wasnt concerning till i drove from marietta to cartersville and it got worse i guess because of somewhat endurance ... more heat or w/e. but um it looks like its comming straight off the headers... and its proportional to how hot the headers get *ex how much burned air the engine uses*
any ideas? if not ill just be sure to show yall
my engine = 171k miles ... thats why rb25det is goin in this summer

i was taking a look at my headers flip. and i think its just exhaust gasses leaking at the recycle output to the intake manifold... im gonna try to cap it. does anyone know what size screw / bolt w/e will fit it? its a copper plumbing tightning bolt. so its a bolt that wraps around a tube. ... a bolt that is solid would fit it. if i had a welder i would just pull it off and weld it up.

also does anyone weld? whos going to the install day... i was thinking welding my spider gears for now because im sick of doing one wheel slides... its um kinda uncontrolable...
