with an air compressor you should be able to do that stuff yourself

:thinking::thinking:
All you need is a 1/2" breaker bar, 14mm, 17mm, 19mm.
Couple ratchets and wrenches would certainly help.

Ya but suspension parts, like tension rods for example are either: A - already impacted down and f*cking hard to get off.
or B - Need to be tightened down really good when the new ones go on, so its better (IMO at least) to make sure all the suspension stuff is impacted down tight

sometimes if they are not setup right, GTE will tell you to get it adjusted correctly before getting an alignment.
so make sure whoever is putting them in, dont waste your time.
i knew of this but i was so absent minded that day.
i ve made a mistake before and it wasted my time, had to take the car back off their lift, haul it back to the shop, put it on the lift, take the wheels off, adjust the damn things again, lower back off back on the trailer, tow it back, then bring it to them. waste of time, but something i d never forget to double check again.

But GTE also can fix all that for you. Correct?

i was like, arent you suppose to change my setting and align it? isnt that what you do?
no. i was upset, then i got over it. i do understand now why its their policy.

all you have to do..
keep it @ stock settings.
compare adjustables to stock.
make adjustables same length as stock.
install them yourself at home.
these aren't impacted so its not that hard to get off.
just need a ratchet and wrench and it doesnt take more than an hour or two installing all the arms.
just make sure all the arms are tq'ed down correctly.

Kind of a late response. I copied my stock settings and took it to GTE...Scott at GTE can put them on for you...In most cases after speaking with those they almost rather they put them on instead of having to deal with the problems of a noob install...
Call em...Ask for Scott or Kieren..
