That tiny dot is my settings button. I have to challenge myself to click that unless I want to go to the User CP link from the homepage. I am on Google Chrome. Idk if it matters but I'm on Windows 7 64 bit. I know that it shows up for others and some are in the same boat as me.

I have my bookmark bar linked to the User CP. One click--that's it.

Get a big enough monitor and you won't have to worry about that. ;)
Also, a quick press of F11 never slowed me down.

Bump for still broken settings button. I'm thinking it might be working for you guys because you're using Breeze [fixed] layout, but I want mine to go all the way across my gigantic screen.

Poor guy^
Let's all bow our heads for a short moment of silence for the less fortunate ones than us Windows 7 owners.

Windows 7 is still unstable.
User error.
I've had many systems that haven't had one single hiccup. My gaming PC has been running 7 Ultimate 64-Bit since 7 came out. I haven't reformatted once. Still beasting as a mug.

I have had zero issues with all 3 of my Windows 7 systems but it's still not as stable as XP.

XP is a great OS. They have had eleventy years to work out bugs. But I love DX11 too much to worry about XP!
