Alright I guess I'm finding myself posting this because I have 10 min to kill before class and was just thinking about it.
I'm not really sure about other people but for the past 4 years or so I've been having some pretty fucked up sleeping "habits", I guess you could call them. For the most part (maybe 4/7 nights) I can find myself going to bed, getting 4-7 hours sleep and feeling fine in the morning, lil bit groggy but w/e I wake up as the day goes on.
The other nights I will lay down to sleep and find myself staring at my ceiling or wall for 4-6 hours, completely awake... even though I only had normal sleep the night before and had a full day. I just can't sleep... I usually take 2 tylonal if I can't feel tired... more of as a habit from when I couldn't sleep at home my mom would give them to me (an I still find myself doing, not even sure if it helps or not). After these kinds of nights I go on with my day as normal and will start to feel the affects later in the next evening at 11pm-12am... Granted I will feel fine if I get to sleep that night (even if it is just for 4 or 5 hours) but there are occasions where this is happens on consecutive nights. I will lay in bed feeling tired or exhausted and no matter how much or long I close my eyes, I find myself rolling over and looking at the clock periodically.
Meh, right now I'm not quite sure what to do about it. I have a physical coming up in March so I'll probably ask my doctor.... I never really felt the need to ask before because during high school it wasn't as bad of an issue... it happened maybe twice a week and didn't affect my daily life nearly as much.
