R32 Clutch type lsd

i need something cleared up. with the installation of the skyline clutch type lsd what needs to be changed? I've heard before that the rear suspension on an s13 needs to changed to that of an s14 and yadda yadda..

anybody wanna help me out with this?

my R32 VLSD (pretty sure) diff fits OEM in the S13 subframe.
