Title that George got when he recieved the car was not a legal title. It was a fake, or wrong, or something Ohio title. Car could not be registered in GA. Thats why George sold the car to begin with. Um.. Don't know which one is cracked, he could have changed them around, as they are all the same size and offset.

You will see it, its on the lip of the wheel. Just look close. About 2in long.
