head light trouble

ok i have a head light problem. the left one wont work. when i try to put the headlights down the right one goes down fine but the left one only goes down a little bit then seems like its stuck. also if i try to put the lights back up the right one goes all the way up but the left one wont move. i can manually put it up by twisting the knob then the light will come on also?

When you turn the knob, do either of them shut then come back up?

or run it into a tree if you want it to look good. if not, do what she said^
