What is the advantage of a "Low Z" injector? Its pretty much an injector that runs on a lower impedance right? AMS offers i think 84 lb/hr injectors, but they are "low z".
can someone elaborate on these for me.

High flow injectors like those 84lb injectors are top feed injectors and are normally low impedence injectors. They are much easier to change compared to side feed injectors and supported heavily by aftermarket fuel rail companies most of which make top feed fuel injector rails for high flow fuel applications.
Now for the technical.
A top feed injector would be more reliable in low impedence (low z) form as most of the heat will be dissipated in the resistor pack instead of the injector.
A high impedence (high Z) injector is more reliable in side feed form since the heat dissipated by the injector is carried away in the fuel flowing around and past it in the fuel rail.
