i need a place to blow shit up

i have 4 ounces of 4F black powder and about 2.5 ounces of primer powder from shotgun shells. i was gonna pack the tube with #4 buckshot (probably not but if i could setup targets around it that would be awesome)

i really want to find a place to set it off and tape it and not piss people off
