Repzorz question?

Went to rep a few people recently and noticed I couldnt? (or at least couldnt figure out how?)

So either...

A) I cant rep until I get a certain amount of rep or posts.
B) McAfee at work blocks the little rep button image
D) I am literally too stupid to figure out where the reptastic button is.

Probably C.. but Ive learned to cope with it.. And this is driving me crazy. Had to ask.
