If you do get that on your back window you wont be able to drive you car over to my house during the day cas other wise my parents will flip the fuck out...and start dragging me to church every single sunday for both services...

I would fill in the area on the devil's face that is white, not the cracks the area that is white in the orginal pic.

well the vinyl cutter follows the outlines... the black lines. so on a solid piece of vinyl, it would outline the letters and the face. it would look just like it does in the first pic... just a glass background, lol

Thats a pretty complex img to replicate in vector. A cutter can do it IF you make it big enough. For the text I would find a font that is similar and just convert it to objects. Then all you have to do is the face.

the reason why i ask ... i have access to $10k plotters ... that probably can print on vinyl if I have the right paper profile ...

seeing what infinite pays for this service he is wanting ... bc i might be able to provide the same on the cheapz

whiteEwok just to be clear are you talking about printing images ON vinyl or cutting images OUT of vinyl? If you can print large images on vinyl (like they do with commercial vans, etc) let me know.
