Radio face plate stolen off car I was about to sell

OMG I am so pissed off right now, we got in the car this morning to fix the water pump on my car that we are selling today, and guess what SOME ASSHOLE BROKE IN MY CAR AND TOOK THE FACE PLATE, wtf, why would they take just the face plate and not the whole radio and why did they take it the day before it was to be sold. The police are on the way over to the house now and I am calling the insurance company, i have full coverage on the car. I am so irritated right now, why after having the car for 14 months and they choose just now to take something, stupid motherfuckers, arrrrrrgh:confused:

my brothers jeep was broken into and they stole a zippo and threw his faceplate. they did not take it, just threw it 30 feet or so. we figured it was someone he knew.

I just wanted to get it documented, i guess, never had anything stolen out of my car before so not sure what to do, i am just so mad right now and even more mad it happened the night before it was to be sold... people suck

I'd still buy a car if the faceplate was gone out of it. Just saying, just tell the guy you'll get one off ebay and give it to him as soon as it comes in the mail.

Just for the record , I had someone steal the faceplate to my car, Then they came back about three days later busted out the window and took the rest of the radio , The radio did'nt work anyway.

I remember back in the day people would steal the face plate then wait for you to trash the actual cd player and get it out of the trash.

OMG what is wrong with people, I know we don't live in a perfect world, but damn, well car should be gone today so I don't have to worry about anyone coming back, I just feel creepy, kinda violated, just knowing someone was in my car is just a strange feeling...

I had my faceplate stolen once and since they couldn't get the radio out they ripped apart the dash and stuck what appeared to be a flat blade screw driver into the cd insert and fucked it up. Taking a faceplate doesn't do shit if you don't have the damn radio
