Dark colored civic, eg or ef...couldn't tell as I was trying to get my dog, tag, etc..etc..anything that could help identify the guys I caught scoping out my car.

I normally park the car in the garage and heard the Honda go by a few times before I decided to investigate...I'm glad I did because as soon as I opened my front door my dog bolted after the guy and I gave chase. The guy barely managed to get back into the Honda before my dog could catch him and it was too dark for me to identify anything...the driver drove off really quickly with no lights with a Boxer on his tail..lol

That way, they go to jail for stealing something that's setup like a bait car and I get a very nice laugh out of it.

I can start a car with a turbo timer harness. I would never trust a turbo timer with a code as it is soooo easy to bypass. Something more elaborate is needed so that your above average thief is confused.

a removable steering wheel, some sort of engine kill system and some sort of alarm will prevent almost any thief from stealing your car...unless they bring a flatbed and even then, a fully active GPS tracking system will fuck them up.

hahahah at least i know im 1 of 3 lol. people that steal shit piss me off. my grandpa told me in like the 1960's they would wire up some shit to a resistor and if some one touched their car they would be used as the ground, and it would shock the absolute piss out of them.. i was drunk when he told me this im just telling you what i remember.. lol

so then i asked him how he opend the door with out getting shocked. he said he had a secret switch of some sort. if you touched the car you would know if the switch was on or off. hahaha

probably wouldnt work on cars now days though.. short out your ecu or fry some kind of electrical stuff...

You wire the coil and the magnet throught the points.When you turn on power, magnet would pull points apart. That would cause coil to give a shot of hi voltage then kill magnet. Points would close and do it again. It was real fast so you could hear it buzzing. The high voltage lead off the coil was hooked to the car body.When it was on whole body was hot. ANyone standing on the groung was the ground.It worked on concreat ,asphalt or dirt.I am wondering what this would do to a computer.It never affectived our radio, battery or lights.THe only place there was current flow was where someone was touching car. Someone in mid 70s called Viper had one they sold had a pix of a rattle snake coiled ready to strike on the window no body messed with those cars.It had a tape told you to get off or you were fixinto get it. This could be an add on to your alarm.Radio Shack Timer would give someone 4 sec. to go by car then if they were still bouncing car turn on for 2 sec. then get ready to do it again. But if in drive way nobody should be bouncing on it. It would not run battery down because alarm would turn it on only when motion turned it on say 2 sec.A switch would be nice in case someone tired to car jack you.My switch was behind cig. lighter ,pushed in closed switch.

Like I sead it may not work on these new car .But it gave us a lot of laughs."

The electrical shit aside, you've still got a lot of metal panels on a 240... but a lot of cars don't... You could of course make it work...
