16" by 8" with 10mm offset
and im confused on the tire size besides the obvious get a 16" tire lol..
like what tire size would you recomend?
205/45/16
225/35/16
i need suggestions like these...
225 or 235. a 205 is for a 6.5 wheel.
I personally would run a 235/50/16, reason being is that a 16' rim with a 45 height tire will look ridiculous on any 240SX.
I would go with a 205 or a 215, but I like a little stretch.

i wouldn't go 205. their just not wide enough. I have 205 in the rear now and I hate them. I had much better traction when I had my 225 back there.
if you want to run a wider tire, get a wider wheel. :D hahaha, yea i wouldn't run 205's in the rear if you have any kind of power.
205's? I have 195's and that's stock if your going to go wide then get something that hugs the road. 225's
x2 what cash said
Mine wont grip the road well
I have 225's on the rear and they seem to be sufficient for my mostly stock sr. They lose traction in 1st but that's it.

185's are best. Because no one needs traction. ;)

Dan, if you are going for grip get some 245\40s.
If you are going for drifting I would go with a 205\45 or a 215\45

I have 15x8 in the front of my car and I run 205's with a 50 sidewall. They are streched so side wall flex is minute. For the rear I have 16x10 with a 225 and a 50 sidewall. There is almost ZERO sidewall flex due to streching of the tires. I have never had a car that felt so glued to the road then the one I have now with the wheel/tire setup stated above. I have zero understeer.
