Electrical Question

Does anyone know what kind the door locks and interior lights are on a 95?
Im putting in a keyless entry/alarm and it asks if its a ground switched single step, a ground switched 2 step, and positive switched, ora positive switched 2 step.
if someone could help me that would be great
