my car stalls when comming to a stop i looked inthe intake in there is oil inside coming from the valve cover why would this be i think this is my problem with the idle.

read carefully.

stalling at a stop..
sounds like a vaccum issue.

check all your vaccum lines and do a leak down test.
very simple test.
take it to a shop, if you dont have an air compressor and leakdown tester.

spray starter fluid around the engine. anywhere that you think there could be a leak. if the idle changes even just slightly you found a leak. i found a loose bolt on my intake manifold that way.

well im almost positive its not a vac leak will check to be sure but the car runs rich or i think that the oil in the intake is messing up my spark pugs cause there fouled. but i sprayed throttle body cleaner cleaned everything up sprayed it in the vac line that goes to the idle air control the car ran great but the oil keeps coming down from the valve cover. thanks for the quick input.
