Police in Gwinnett County said Tuesday that they are looking for an 18-year-old college student who has been missing since Nov. 1.

Justin Gaines came home from Athens to Gwinnett County Nov. 1 and told his mother he was going out with friends, according to a police report quoted in a statement from the Gwinnett County Police Department. He later called to ask a friend to pick him up from a nightclub, but the friend told Gaines he could not pick him up, the statement says.

Gaines attends the Oconee campus of Gainesville College, police said.

His mother, Erika Wilson, called police Sunday to report her son missing, police said.

"Friends of the victim stated that he has false identification in the name of Brad Allen and Brad Shewe," according to a statement from Cpl. Illana Spellman, a spokeswoman for the Gwinnett County police.

Investigators have tried to track Gaines' cell phone and "obtain any relevant video from the area that he was last seen."

Police describe Gaines as a white man who is five feet eleven inches, weighs 210 lbs. and has a muscular build. They say he has blue eyes and brown hair with a short buzz cut, and that both his ears are pierced with diamond studs. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve grey shirt with "Abercrombie" written on the front, blue jeans with holes and flip flops.

Police asked anyone with information on Gaines' whereabouts to call the Gwinnett County Police Department at 770-513-5300.

What on earth could have happened to him?

He looks like such a muscular guy. Its so odd for him to just up and disappear.
My sister took Algebra with him in high school.

Still missing....
I don't think theres a happy ending to this one.
Not trying to be negative, but after looking at the facts, and listening to his parents, I don't think its a runaway case.
