My <3 for RWD...

It all began with the Oldsmobile Delta88... MASSIVE V8 drift machine, let me tell you. No not really, but it was my first RWD car...

After that was the BMW... 1985 325E. All i knew that when it rained it was happy time. Appartment complexes were fun. All of the short quick sharp turns until I bumped a curb and scare the poo out of my passenger. I didn't even know what drifting was...

I took a small break from RWD and got an Integra. After that I moved along to the STi which I LOVE but in a different way than RWD...

I couldn't take the seperation from RWD so I picked up a 93 240SX SE and it all began. At this point I knew what drifting was. Picked up an LSD... I'm still not great at drifting but I have to say its fun as hell :-D.

What got you into RWD and drifting?

I really am not sure what or how i got into drifting. It seemed like one day i was into integras and civics and then bam....My e46 was my first RWD car. I loved it and have loved BMW's ever since. I have loved 240's ever since i was reading one of the first issues of turbo mag. They were talking about building a budget car and it was a 240 with an sr. This was YEARS ago.......Havnt looked back since

well... when i found out what wheelhop and never getting the traction i wanted in my fwd car, i found the Starion, and honestly, never wanted to look back, but i do have a fascination with awd. ill own one soon!

learning to drive on my uncles 240z! but to due to silly parents I had to deal with a honda for the first 4 years of owning a car.. but as soon as I wrecked it, I knew exactly what I had to have from there. :)

ah my love for rwd started with my e36 1992 325i
it was awesome. unfortunatly an automatic though.
i learned to drive and drift in it.
got fairly good
then my friend wrecked it.
i bought a 1995 530i 5 speed
and that car was all power haha it handled like crap
struts and arms were gone
after that i um... lost my license
haha 90 in a 35
but now i drive a 1995 240sx
planned engine swap ect ect lots of mods
ive never owned anything but a rwd and dont plan on it
maybe awd
i want an audi s4 tha'd be nice
but i love 240's
tiny light fast (with engine or mods) haha

AHHHH!!! This brings back memories....
It began with an '85 GSL-SE RX-7... good times. It was my first manual car and my first rwd. I learned sooo much stuff from that car... (like overcorrection)... but in any case, I sold it and bought a '90 240sx se. Its a good car, but it's under construction... for now....

my frist rwd was a go-ped! haha then a dirbike and a dual sport.. lol and my first rwd car was a 06 ford ranger.. but i got into drifting rwds with my brothers s13 hatch... hes been drifting for a while in tampa and ive been obsessed sence he taught me how when i was like 14 then i bought my s14 and ohhh yea

lol.. I first got into drifting the day one of my friends got his license. We went out to the school parking lot and tore it up. I found out what drifting was the first time I saw initial D.

Parents are going NUTS over me keeping the car, however.

I started with a 94 automatic civic :)

I totalled that NOT RACING OR BEING STUPID. Bought my s13 in March 04'. Only thing is that I haven't taken advantage of RWD yet, as I have an auto.

Only thing left for my 5sp swap is flywheel bolts, clutch setup, and lower 5sp harness :):):):)

I was into Mustangs for years before I fell in the 240sx group. But being 18 with a new Mustang GT and a 5speed was alot of fun.

Yeah it was compared to my first car. But the feeling of being fast is much different than actually being fast.
