there's going to be a big problem tho....
this is how this works with factory units. unless you have an aftermarket head unit. bypassing the factory amp will create problems. because with factory systems that have amps to run your drivers, the actual headunit doesn't actually generate as a power source.
it just acts like a signal processor. meaning that if it indeed is still the factory h/u, hooking that direct to the speakers will yield no audio...
if your factory amp is going out, it sounds like a full radio replacement is in order *(again assuming your still running the factory head unit)

i have a very nice pioneer headunit and looking further into it the factory amp has been completly bypassed the car has wire ran for a aftermarket speaker amp not to be confused with sub amp so i need to figure out how to bypass the aftermarket wires

.... i guess Im lost.
there are 2ndary wires run for a 4ch voice amp. and you want to bypass that?
just run your own wires..... run from the back of the unit to each speaker..
thats about where your at lol.... or just put a nice 4ch in there. and call it a day

Just buy good quality audio wire...brand is not very important.
The thicker, the better. Imagine drinking a really thick milkshake...you want a stir-stik or a the biggest straw you can get?
