Anyone know how to get out of a ticket for 23 over?

I'm completely bummed right now. I can't afford a ticket. Especially one for 73 in a 50. I looked down to pick up my phone which had fallen on the floor and there he was behind me. The cops are bloody everywhere now. Everywhere I go I see two or three cops. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it the time of year where they have a quota or something?

plead a no-low, it wont go on your record but it you will still have to pay the fine i think....so i dono....atleast it wouldnt be on your record

YOu'll be ok. Thats not going to be a huge fine. Just don't speed that bad unless you can afford a ticket hah. I've had to slow down for the past year or so (for the most part) since I used up all of my points... One more ticket and I would have lost my license. So I didn't get another ticket :).

yeah, if u plead no low its still on ur record but you get no points on ur license. So I'd say just plead no low and pay the fine.

Don't waste no-lo on a speeding ticket. Call up and talk to the clerk solicitor person. Usually you can smooth shit out. What county was it in? I nearly lost my license a while back, and lucked up by the officers not coming to court.
Which was great, it was a 3 point offense I got out of too, and getting that ticket dismissed saved my ass months later when someone attempted a lawsuit on me (It was bullshit regardless), but it still made the process alot easier.

heh, yeah I know. You just have to know how to play the system, in the end, its a business...
Before my 'police connections', I would get tickets, and find a way to get to the solicitor before hand. I would reason with him/her, find out what the fine is, and offer to pay 15% above what the fine was as long as it stayed off my record. All they really want is money in the long run... So, I've ended up paying thousands of dollars in court costs, but if I hadn't done it, I wouldn't be allowed on the force and I wouldn't have a license EVER again do to the Habitual Violator charge.

The fine also depends on if you were polite and courteous, the officer makes a note of it on the ticket AFTER you get your copy.

One myfault accident.. minor one, but no speeding tickets or anything of that sort.

tickets, the governments way of hustling its own citizens, but whatever. ive gotten tickets for the dumbest shit: a licence plate light -> $245 (a tiny fucking light!) and improper use of a tag<- which doesnt make any sense to me, my tag was fine $300

while i was at the court a kid was charged with possession his ticket was $120 and community service W.........T...........F!!!!!!!!!!!1

i got pulled over for not havin a tag light when i was 16 i had 2 passengers too and i wasn't allowed to have them yet. The cop told me to go home and didn't give me a ticket.

i have 9 tickets to date three of them for speeding. 15 over, 20 over and 25 over. my highest fine was like 200 bucks. your lucky its only 23 over because in the state of georgia i believe if you are under 21 and you get any four point ticket(24mph over) you loose your license. show up to court nicely dressed and be polite and maybe they will cut you a deal.
