Feb 24th. All car enthusiast welcome to come see the new building unveiled! I'v ealready seen it and so far it looks great. cant wait till its finished. But i want you all to come out if possibble! food will be there and you get the chance to see their S15 silvia and meet many other Nissan lovers!


When: Feb 24th saturday all day

Where: I-20 east, exit 84(salem road). Make a right off exit. Its the big red building right between two gas stations. Cant miss it with all the nissans out front.

I live off of saleem so I drive by the shop every day on the way home. I have thought about going in a couple times. But the open house will be a perfect time to bring the buddies and show them around. Anyone up there know Chris with the white zenki that they sold the swap to? His a good friend of mine.

Hell, I could probably walk there for my house. It's about 2 miles away.

yeah i was curious about the dyno when i was talking with them in oct and they were mentioning looking around at other shops if it meant they would be increasing space for a dyno.

What does Top Hat perfer to tune the car? Do they sell or install any stand alones?

yes they will install a stand alone for you. They recommend POwer fc because they have the software for it. i am sure they will order a stand alone for you.

so they have the software to tune beyond the FC Commander's maps? hope so. will be needing a serious re-tune once i get my sr running properly.

Talked to Scott.. it needed wheel spacers and the other night he couldn't find the key for the lugnuts (was in the trunk T_T). So he's getting the small wheel spacers on today and tomorrow when Stephen comes by in the even it should get finished tuned.

lol i know what you mean. i got a battery draw and a vacuum leak but other than it runs great! hopefully i'll get to drive her soon. where is that key to your wheels again?

it was in the trunk with the spare 4 sided lugnut wrench (in a small bag with a snap button at the top). they had to take my wheels off to roll the fenders so i'm assuming it was put back in the same place.
