stolen/missing walton county 99 accord w/ tl type s turbo swap

I am posting this for a friend. he was getting his car worked on. he went to look at the car and garage was cleaned out. car is kinda a different, it is a 99 accord with a tl types swap that has been turbo'd. car was being painted, but was white to start. any info would be helpful.also had a 750/900 gsxr there also and is also gone. email me seanf@visionsinvinyl.com

i think I know the car you are talking about, but its harder to steal newer accords as the immobilizer is enabled and you need a key
