Its time to upgrade my rotors and pads. I have already done the Z32 front brake upgrade on my S14 with the 17/16 BMC. My pads still have a little meat on them but the rotors can't be turned again, so before I use up the rest of my pads I want to research what combonation of rotor and pad I should use. The car is my daily and it will occasionally see a mountain run. Some user input and real experience would be greatly apprciated. Thanks

I have Project Mu on my car. S14 with Z32 all around, 30mm front...

They bite great!

I have z32 BMC with z32 30mm aluminum in front and stock s14 in rear. I'm running Hawk HPS pads in front and cheap crap in the rear. All rotors are cross drilled and slotted. I use ATE super blue fluid. I also have a Wilwood brake bias adjuster set for equal heat dispersion between front and rear brakes.

I still think my gf's Accord has better brakes than mine. I don't know, I've never liked the way my car braked.

Blank Rotors of just about any kind on most of my track cars I go through rotors so quick that I use the cheap NAPA rotors. As far as pads go I only use Carbotechs on my cars, I suggest you call them and tell them what you do with the car and let them recommend a compound.

Brembo blanks.

For aggressive DD\every now and then track use Hawk HP+ front \ Hawk HPS rear.
EBC also makes good products.

For a heavy track use pad carbotech...

S - Cheakout: fastbrakes.com. Good people to deal with out of Arizona. They suggested I use they're rotors(slotted/dimpled), and the Hawk+ pads front, Hawk HPS rear. They also have a really cool 12"rear rotor brake upgrade for the 240. That would look great with your 18"wheels!

Checkout the Website for more info.
