where or what company sells a decently priced small battery that i can run up front. something roughly the size of the braille auto battery.

or should i just swich to optima red/yellow and do trunk relocation?

Relocate to the trunk...a lot of people run lawn & garden batteries to fit under the hood, but they usually have 300cca or less...so they won't last too long. If you are running a lot of accesories (audio, gauges, turbo timer, etc) it will kill the battery pretty quick.

Personally I would relocate the battery to the truck and run an Optima battery. However, plenty of people get the small lawn and garden batteries from Wal-mart, Autozone, etc. and run them in the engine bay. For a cleaner looking swap or engine bay, I'd run the battery to the trunk everytime. Just my two-cents.

It's pretty easy to install too. I think you have to have a cut-off switch when you go to a track if your battery is relocated to the back, though.

Summit racing sells them cheap.

Not all tracks make you have a cut-off switch outside the car but some do.

Odyssey Dry Cell. You can mount it anywhere. They come really small. Carina's is under her dash.

Eh, not bad. She has absolutely nothing stock under her dash though. Heater core, A/C, and Blower are all gone. So her entire engine room harness, and battery are under the dash.
