Ive seen and heard alot of people asking about the ISIS V2 coilovers. Well they are excellent. I got them from enjunkuracing.com and they arrived in a box well protected with bubble wrap. The coilovers themselves had no scratches and everything was as it should be. They came with the fronts and rears (duh) and the spanner wrenches.

(arms under coils i bought seperate also made by ISIS)
Here is the car before the coilovers were installed

The coilvers went on perfect and gave me no trouble besides a bit of paint that need to be removed from the front lower mount. They matched up perfect with the mounting holes in the car and on the stock spindles.

After an alignment i got to drive them around to see how they felt on the road. They are really nice ride and they go pretty low.

and here is the car after the coilovers

I didnt slam the car, the coilvers could go lower. If your looking for a decent set of coilovers to DD or use on the track sometimes and your on a budget pick these up.

Nice review, man. I really need some coilovers. BAD. Under acceleration in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd my car looks like it's riding a wheelie.

I think they compare with the megans pretty good. Price wise they are equal to godspeed but you dont have to say, "i got them off ebay" lol. As for the price of the coils, they are 670 something off enjunku

So....they were pretty...they make your car go low...and they "ride nice"

for 670 id certainly hope so.

id like to know how well they actually improve overall grip and handling though.

Have to be better than blown stock

Where or how would these compare to k-sports? I got the k's and they ride stiff, real stiff. I don't track my car its a dd/summer cruiser. and I'd really like something with a better ride.

Exactly. lol

I already planned to get some of these. My aftermarket shock/spring setup isn't cutting it.

I have never used or riden in a car with Ksports so i cant comapre mine. The ride is perfect but its not to bouncy. The Car is stiff as hell now. I also cant say how the coilovers alone will make your car act as i installed numerous other suspension parts along with the coilovers.

I dont know who brought up ksport... they are junk unless you get their super duper ones that are much more expensive than the $600 street ones.

I rode in a Spec V with them, and they were quite possibly the worst things I have ever riden on in my life. I would have chosen blown susp. over that...

And for anyone who may think these coilovers wont do well in drift events.

enjuku is one of, if not THE main supplier of ISIS in the US. So of course they are going to build it up. Not saying its trash, but I'm not going to take their word on it.

I would like to see more reviews from the average joe

Dont hold me to it, but i think they start out at stock height all the way up. Im in the same bpat as you, i cant go all the way down because of roads and my driveway. Mine still have alot of room to go up or down if that helps.

Damn, I'm definitely gonna have to do my 5-lug conversion at the same time to put on my s14 SE alloys. My 15" 180sx meshies make my exhaust sit LOW and I know coilovers would just make it lower than my shocks/springs.

i've had them since july and i love them. huge difference from stock and they are stiff enough to handle good but soft enough not to make your pee red. but only flaw from me is i dont have any other experience with other coilovers to compare. and the adjustable dampers do work good too. only 8 settings but thats plenty for me.

I only got the fronts on yesterday, but I have to finish torquing to spec. Everyone was right too: the paint sucks on them. Mine were clearly sprayed at an angle, so theres only a light coat of paint underneath the brake line bracket and knuckle mount. Granted, no one will see it, but I want to make sure the coilover assembly is protected from the elements/rust/etc.

Awesome that you took the timr to review these. Enjuku always has solid deals on Isis product.
