help!

the locks on my car are broken, and idk how to fix them. the driver side wont turn at all with the key--it is almost like its jammed. the passenger side will turn, but wont catch and unlock.

i havent worried about this so much in the duration of the time ive had the car--my trunk latch doesnt pop from the inside--you can only opent he trunk with the key, so if i had anything of value in the car i kept it in there and hoped to goodness that no intelligent person would pull my seats and get into my trunk...

today is when i realized it was a ginuine issue. i hear about 240s getting jacked all the time, and today i got my BIG FLUFFY WHITE DRESS (!). rather than risk having it stolen by an intelligent person, i locked my doors and popped the back seats. this rendered me only capable of getting into my car by crawling in through the trunk (which is still choice the alternative to losing my dress), however, breaking into the car through the trunk does seem like im a Not-so-stealthy crook.

has anyone else had a problem with their locks, and if so, do you know how to fix it? will installing a keyless entry fix the problem? or do i need to take it to a shop

Yea, you could just get keyless entry.

Or you could buy new locks, but I'm sure that there is a way to fix the problem.

Um this may be a stupid idea but wal-mart sells a little aerosol can in their auto department that de-ices and lubes up door locks and such. My locks used to give me just a little bit of problems, then i spent like 1.00$ on that stuff and it did just the trick.

uhm no idea, but i doubt anyone can crawl through the trunk, have u seen how big that space is, not very big. but im sure, with those heart shaped tail lights, no one will try and steal ur car. but anyways good luck

One of the doors, the lever probly poped off of the plastic clip, the other might be jamed on the inside, we'll have to take a look. I can adjust the rear latch for you so it will pop up...
