t2 flange = bad, lol

gt30r can do it but its gonna take race gas. with a gt35r you can probably do it on the ragged edge of pump gas.
me personally i have a custom built gt3537 going on my sr20

i dont plan on making near 500whp on pump lol

so do you think that i will be better with a 35r? or stick with a 30r for slightly better spool?

30r for better spool (but a gt35r with a ceramic coated turbine housing and manifold will perform equally as well)

well you can reach you power goals with the 28 series but i say gt30 so you can have some leg room but also count on top mount manifold , wastegate and plumbing ... or i would suggest www.atpturbo.com and keep the gt30 on the bottom side for a sleeper ..... or just buy my 2871r that will make 420 ish

had no idea there was room enough to put a gt30r on bottom mount.

i may do the bottom mount idea. gt30r it is.

if you still wanted to go t3 manifold i say order the kiwi stainless manifold off jspec ... looks like an hks but t3 flange ... and still stay bottom mount

Turbo dave built my manifold, downpipe and dump and I picked up almost 50whp over my log mani. And I think that is going for 800.00 installed.

And btw, you can easily make 450whp on pump with a gt3076r if you got a nice set of cams, intake mani, and one of dave exhaust manifolds. I belive hybridynamics 240 made 47xwhp on pump gas with that turbo.

62-1

makes 600whp, an can make 450-500 on PUMP gas if you have a built motor (cams, springs, ret)

get a small AR. hell even a 60-1 will do it.

Chris hits full boost at 4500-4700 on his S2000.

WIth an SR, if you have CAMS, INTAKE MANIFOLD< and a NICE TURBO MANIFOLD (FUll-Race, Peakboost, TDF) then i would run a 60-1 or 62-1

ball bearing turbos are too expensive at that power level. your spending $400-500 more for MAYBE 400rpms opf spool time

PSINXS

got 272 cams. i would ahve to get the greddy intake mani though and i would def get a peak boost, TDF, or THP manifold. thanks again mike. i just got a new turbo choice. 60-1 it is.. i'll let you help pick the a/r

Mony from H+M motorsports, he has a mild built 2.0l LSVTEC ( i know its not an SR, but they are VERY similar ) made 495whp at 20psi on 50/50 mix with a 60-1.

YOu can get brand new in the box 60-1s for $650 with a 1 year warranty from turbonetics.

good turbos, not realy laggy, made good power
