So I figured out a easy fix for the Z32 master upgrade.
I got a 1 and 1/16 z32 master by nabco. All you have to do is get the inverted flare euro brake line fromyor local parts store. I got mine at oreilly's auto parts.
Screw it in .Bend it into position for the left side caliper .Double flair it and done.Easy.

Does the pedal feel too sensitive now with that 1 1/16" mc?
What calipers do you have?

Or you can remove one from the stock brake master. It takes less then 5 minutes and is free.
Just sayin.

Ive never done a Z32 MBC swap, what is the problem with the left brake line usually?

The 300zx has ABS, So if you don't have ABS on your 240 you need to fit in a flare fitting in the third port on the master cyl.

17/16th and 1 and 1/16 would be the same? And anyways I see some conflick in your post. The rear proportioning valve is set at a lower rate from factory on a z32 bmc. .4 if I recall. The 240sx is .6 . So the rears lock normal.
And that looks like alot of work drilling and most people will mess it up. And making a double flare can be tricky aswell. But this seems easiest. Just outing another solution out there for people. Pedal feel is nice and stiff. I haven't completed my brake upgrade on my car yet. But I have done about 50+ brake upgrades on other cars.

Yes, I know I fucked up on a couple of things in my post. I'm to lazy to go back and edit the post. It was mainly to show the points to drill a hole. The big ass hole in the front was just for shits and giggles.
Drilling the BMC is easy though, If you cant drill one hole...You don't need to be changing a brake system.
