Hey guys, I'm about to start putting some more money into my car and I'm exploring my options.
Does anyone have any experience with ITB's?
Are they worth the money?
I'm trying to get an SR for my car and would be running stock boost.
Anyway, all information or comments you guys have is much appreciated.
Sorry I haven't been on much, guys. My computer's down so I only use it when I'm at my girlfriends.

Well, as far as an ITB setup on SR's, the most common method I've seen is to use the Sunny GTi-R setup. Transversely mounted SR20DET, but it has ITB's from the factory.
Dent Sport Garage did this on their 240SX demo car.
there was an 240 on ebaymotors last week that had and ITB setup on his sr if i recall correctly. maybe check and see if it's still there, and if so try to contact him to see what he has to say about it.
personally i don't know jack about it though. haha, sorry. good luck!

Usually requires a new throttle cable, and some sort of bracket/mechanism to help keep tension and keep the cable going in the correct direction.
I won't get into the tuning aspect, because I don't know much about that, haha.
Also, there was a guy on Zilvia that had used GSX-R 600 ITB's on his KA-DE, and eventually added a GT32 to the setup. I plan on using GSX-R 1000 ITB's on my setup.

NevAr!
J/k, I gotta figure out of I need to have velocity stacks inside the plenum, or just run without them.
DSG and the aforementioned KA-T both have velocity stacks inside, but I've seen some turbo Honda applications without them. Although, I could refer to the RB26 and see how it looks in there.

hmm
you wont have leaks if you get good custom gaskets.
and have every surface well "decked" idk
level lol ...
decked is what u do to heads of motors idk if thats what you would call other surfaces tho
make sure its all flat
and done correctly
no jb weld freehand drilling bull crap
